scalded
too drunk to stumble
clouds come

not everyone in the audience
is ready for the show
twisted in
twisted out
here comes the climax
all ready to shout
a lump in the throat
cough comes out
roll on
roll on
little girl on her skates
mommy ready
to perforate
twist in
twist out
wayward home
lay back on your pillow
comfort indeed
lay back in your silence
a gong fears no heed
