Double vision
An Action in the world is done -
it draws to it a scene.
Significance can be derived
as Purpose, or a Means.
But echoed in a silver stream
of virtuality
is everything that has occurred
and all that has been seen.
The Mind reflects on reflections
Silver's worth is more than Gold.
Perspective draws its fatal sword
and slices Thought's abode.
These images must come in twos
for Sense to maintain Sight.
So those with eyes
of single view
will never see
the Light.

Thank you! I do the rhyming mainly because I find the contrast between the relatively psychological nature of most of my stuff and the almost child-ish structure funny! Come back and read it when you're less tired, perhaps!

I like the Sword and use of the word Silver
Makes Silver Sword too
The sword can be seen as a symbol of mental energy, of words, language. Words can cut like a blade...
Personally, I dont mind rhyme, I think there are many ways to write poems, each has his or her own way. Sometimes saying things in a very simple way adds to the whole thing
