Chateau Du Mer (Acrostic Poetry)

I did this poem as a gesture of appreciation to my friend and adopted literary Dad, Dr. David Katague, who owns and operates a resort by the sea in our hometown.

I didn't know it was acrostic, until my buddy JAZZMANOR mentioned that word to me in his comment in one of my Tanka poems.
