Mystical Fragments

White wings sail t'ward oriental sun.
The nursing dragon curls its forking tongue.
Its mother's belly, scaled -- is somehow warm.
Such is the sapient root of mortal charm.

Black clouds rolling amok
Round the spinning earth by lightning struck.
Years become the moments of my dreams.
Starfish skitter –- neath the ebbing tidal roar.

Such a mixture of styles twisted.
Undress the flame.  Feel no shame.
Beauty will come as anger came.

Out pour the mist filled recesses of your mind.
And what?  Not so dark!
A light shines out -- as it did in the start.
