THE BEATMASTER

The Beatmaster

I was standing in the middle of a cartoon crossroad
Not knowing which way to go, looking for a code
Then suddenly I ran, as someone was chasing me
I remember his red jacket jacket, from behind that tree
Now; In the middle of the road, I start to calm
As I saw a policeman standing, but he he had steel poles for arms

His face was really happy, and his cheeks were really red
But, he made me really wary, so I got up and fled.
This man in the red jacket was called the Beatmaster
I don't know how i know this, I just ran on faster
Then suddenly he stopped me, he was smiling, holding money
I thought this very strange, and didn't find it funny.

He said! I have to take it , it was something i had to do otherwise in
fifteen minutes, something's going to happen to you
Repeating, and repeating, it was like an awful song

The whole of the scene, was a really colorful screen
The roads were bright yellow, and the trees a vivid green

At the end of the roads, I could see the sea
It was high up in the air, bright orange, purple, blue and green

I've run on a little further,into a bungalow
people sitting in the lounge, the fire a glow
I see a young boy coming home, with a a lobster in his arms
He was quite good looking, you could see he had charm
I really  haven't  a clue, what this is all to mean
Then suddenly, his dad grabs me by the arm
I Awake, and start to scream, at last Im out of this terrible dream
The Alarm doesn't ring, Im fifteen minutes late
So jump out of bed with a throbbing headache.
