success brings
smiles from the inside
and an inner peace to settle the star dust,
but power envelops all in a desired lust,
to surpass positive potential into rust
as so greed is its seed,
and vanity is it's plead.
power shall devour
but humble intentions
repay in the cycle
of the cosmic eternity
and

in peace with stardust.

I like your writes.. always gotta bit of whimsey to 'em
I was sorry to see POWER take a hit like that. I'm thinking that's subjective. Greed is abit more applicable.
And doesn't lust go hand-in-hand w/ desire.. Who knows?
