The Forbidden Genesis

Out in laughter he did burst,
Told the serpent then to taste:
Lo! the serpent found it best
Instrument to have undone
Ignorance, God's hidden plan
Bestowed upon Adam and Eve,
"How could He wish them  to live
Forever without knowledge?"
Crow laughed and said like a sage
"Misdeeds He did ne'er acknowledge,
A noble hearted camouflage!"
