What you said to
My dull eyes,
The air has held such
Tantamount lies,
Ingression precedes
The finality,
Moirae ardour,
A chagrined bride,
Malaise I’ve felt,
Such zeal and ache,
I balk when I
Should lend to wake,
Whims I’ve met,
And you’ve known woe,
Will I forget?
I misgive qualms,
I should instead be
Strong, and hold,
If you find need
To acquit me,
I promise love,
And augury,
Unerring truth,
A candour crux,
Unto you,
The endless glove,
Unto you,
My winsome dove.
My dull eyes,
The air has held such
Tantamount lies,
Ingression precedes
The finality,
Moirae ardour,
A chagrined bride,
Malaise I’ve felt,
Such zeal and ache,
I balk when I
Should lend to wake,
Whims I’ve met,
And you’ve known woe,
Will I forget?
I misgive qualms,
I should instead be
Strong, and hold,
If you find need
To acquit me,
I promise love,
And augury,
Unerring truth,
A candour crux,
Unto you,
The endless glove,
Unto you,
My winsome dove.
