Couldn't Hide It From Me
"Take your hand and spread the olive oil in shape of a cross, brainwashing compilations of communities lost, propaganda ran rampant through the streets, while gentrification just takes away a place to sleep, oh the vagrant families, gunshots taking lives like a thief, you wouldn't believe how many people here could die in a week, they couldn't hide it from me, Uncle Sam didn't care, dogmatic appearance, indoctrination everywhere, televised lies and obloquy envelope the nation, in the hour of apocalypse, society's changing, and I refused to stand here waiting on another to come, like I missed the last bus in a hurry for prom, I think its time for us to open up our eyes, bureaucracy's skewed, they're hoping you don't see the lies"
