what it means to be different

i know i'm not the first
and i definately wont be the last
to feel the pain getting worse
to stare at torment and laugh
instead of throwing down my pride
i'll let you walk all over me
and commit mental suicide
watching what i love burn to ash
too afraid of help
too afraid to ask

passion gives pleasure to pain
it's always better if its wrong
my logic may seem insane
so i box my views up and put them where they belong
was this not what you wanted
was this not what you asked for
you cant have love if you don't have pain
