Morning Light

As darkness unfurls
Her head's a whirl
Can't sleep
Thoughts of him
Run ever so deep
Rolling round her head
Dark of night
Caress her
Cold lonely bed
Tears of loneliness
Her eyes so red
Roll down her cheek
Thoughts of him
To make her weak
She loves so strong
For him too much
She can't be wrong
Her hearts in pain
So sad, like rain
The tears roll down
No more a smile
Just beauty's lonely frown
She fights the night...
Come morning light
She'll be alright
