No Justice For A Blackman
In my experience in this hard land
I've learned to skip the word "Justice"
And the reason's not far-fetched
Its simply not in existence
Though you find it in books
Written by these crooks
Rulers who're themselves rule breakers
What's the meaning of Justice to me
Denial has been my portion since birth
I've seen some battle with it to death
In this jungle where only the strong survive
And the weak are trampled upon
I've stopped listening to the news
I hate the crooked faces I see on TV
Thesame faces I saw in my primary school reader as a baby
Then how can we develop?
How can we progress?
When thesame old fools man positions of authority
With their outdated mentality
God bless Nigeria and punish her leaders
They don't represent the people
They represent their interest
God bless Nigeria and punish the crooked police
They're suppose to be my friend
Yet they make my misery increase
They extort from me
Subject me to brutality
I can't cry to the court
The toothless judiciary
And the National Assembly's packed with big bellied idiots
Who know nothing other than sharing the spoils
Fuck the subsidy hocus pocus panel
Fuck Faruk and Otedola
Two shameless crooks
Oneday you'll surely payback all you took
Fuck the men in the creeks
Fuck the religious extremist
In this evil land
Everything's politics
Blind politics
Military minds in democracy
Who simply changed their khaki suits into criminal civilian robes
For fear of probe
They manipulate electoral process and fix their own
The black skin's a symbol of dishonesty, greed and selfishness
Check out Africa
In the midst of poverty, disease and violence
We still have sit-tight leaders
What nonsense
God bless Nigeria
God bless Africa
Even though we live in injustice today
Oneday we'll see the sun
In hell these vampires will burn
But till then
Don't look for Justice here
I fear justice's but a mirage
Until these corrupt generation's wiped away
Justice we might never have
I've learned to skip the word "Justice"
