People are a pain
They only seek their own gain
They tear you down
Laugh as you frown

People are a pain
They purely act insane
Ruin lives like it's a game
Then proceed to call life lame

They show no respect
To any elder who still stands erect
They knock them around
Then leave them stuck on the ground

They can be less cruel
Actually become kindof cool
Help you enjoy life in some way
Before you can even say

People are people
No matter what
That's all we can do about that
