if i have  him here by my side
id be smiling all the time
but my heart just died
on a stop of a dime
no one knows this pain 
not one person here
ever saw the stain
from my last tear
i wish to have you here 
i want to have you now
but i guess its clear
that i have to bow
this dream i hold
so close....so dear
has turned ice cold
which of most i fear
