People always telling me what to do,
Made me feel kind of lost and confused
Everyone telling me how to act,
Really brought me down, and made me feel abused.
So I pulled myself together,
And changed my life plans.
No longer would I listen to their shenanagins.
I was my own person,
And not a bad one at that.
I tried to make the best of everything.
I didn't give s fuck what they said anymore.
I did what I wanted,
And if they told me differently, they'd be ignored.
I mad a few friends that agreed with my stance.
I changed a few people,
Even had some romance.
So, pilgrim, please don't listen to what soviets says.  
Be your own perso, and express yourself however you can.
Try to draw, sing or write,
Whatever you like.
But do what you want,
Let your personality tale strike.
Fuck stereotypes right in the ass,
'Cause hipsters, ghettos, and Emos,
Are all copycats.
What does 'normal' really mean?
Everyone has a different opinion on this,
So does normal even exist?
