You may be wondering why I would write about am ice bath
And yes i'm writing in a literal sense
Because ice bath is my friend
After a hard workout
When I slip in
And my body goes numb
As I feel the chill in my bone
And my skin turns to stone
I can focus on life
And cleanse my soul
At 36 degrees
