The mind
Everyday I learn something new
My mind has to be developing
Or it doesn't feel still
This shouldn't be the case
But when the mind feels lost
It cannot face
Life is simple when you enjoy it
But if you get down
It can destroy it
I love feeling happy
But except when I'm down
The world I'm living in has been created by my frown
So to change each day
I have to believe in what I say
And open my eyes with brightness
Instead of hatred and darkness

this says a lot to me about a simple thing can chang your day from good to bad. everyone loves feeling happy but it can be fleeting.
