Repoed my damned soul

     
Twas a twilight moment before a sunrise
a terrifying sensation opened up my eyes

I felt sinister spirits somewhere near
couldn't even imagine the ensuing fear

an evil presence with a maniacal voice
announced it's arrival like I had a choice

it's claws extended reaching for it's quest
ripping and shredding the skin off my chest

it finished the deed then left me for dead
"I told you so", said the voice in my head
