The way you left me.
I stood there waiting for you to look back.
Wanting you to tell me you'd take it all back.
As you walked away so quickly.
I thought to my self what could I have done.
To make you hate me so.
Until the day you come back to me.
I will hopefully live my life with glee.

A lovely poem.
I wonder though... there is an invisible space between the first five lines and the last two, where it goes from exposing the emotions to "cutting the heartache short". Did you intentionally change the tone for a quicker end? or is this a version of "the best revenge is to live a happy life"?

Mmm; I do believe it feels like there's a missing line but I just haven't found it yet. But yes I also made this for the "Best revenge is to a happy life"
