Cosmic Kinds
For every single star that shines
We are children in the cosmic minds
That once preceded light and time
Till life came into this world
And numbers do not tally up
To suggest that we are all but stuck
Inside a sphere that is the here
And now but time to disappear
Into the future that we call
The path of time in which we fall
We are children in the cosmic kinds
That enter to our hearts and minds
Suggesting something to suggest
Of questions to origins quest
And answers that are circumspect
Circling through circumference
And somewhere runs the thread of truth
That has not to justify its proof
Within the soul and youth of man
The inner touch invisible
But for some strange cosmic design
That continues throughout all time
And contemplates the hearts and minds
With every single star that shines
We are children in the cosmic minds
That once preceded light and time
Till life came into this world
And numbers do not tally up
To suggest that we are all but stuck
Inside a sphere that is the here
And now but time to disappear
Into the future that we call
The path of time in which we fall
We are children in the cosmic kinds
That enter to our hearts and minds
Suggesting something to suggest
Of questions to origins quest
And answers that are circumspect
Circling through circumference
And somewhere runs the thread of truth
That has not to justify its proof
Within the soul and youth of man
The inner touch invisible
But for some strange cosmic design
That continues throughout all time
And contemplates the hearts and minds
With every single star that shines
