I saw what happened.
The lies.
The pain.
The resentment.
I was there
A heart punctured by the blades of infidelity....
Broken into uneven pieces
One side holding on longer than its counterpart
I witnessed the cries
The drainage of a human life
The shattering of a soul
I have to protect myself
build up my defenses.......
My only chance for survival
~ GUARDED ~
