feeling like
Banded iron ore
layers
upon
layers
of
sediment
filling my soul
walking and talking
yet i feel
like a mafic mineral
dark
almost
dead
decaying
weathering
fighting tears
viscosity
I'm a vector
a mathematical element
without a fixed position
force
gravity
the time scale
eras
periods
epochs
the ancestral curse
from which i can not free myself
a regolith of pain
blankets
me

Yo , I`m down with "Regolith"
but "mafic" sounds kinda "Rockist" to me...
not quite "Periodotically Correct".........
......but since You are completely covered under the 5th Sediment,
