'Don't look under the bed'
Last time i force myself to care.
I fell neck deep in a nightmare.
I was alone, i was scared.
Like a child's monster under his bed.
Will you ever learn to care.
Learn to love like I loved you?
The moments I cherished where the ones you forgot, and now are the ones I wish I could forget.
With a finger under your chin,
I stare with a slight grin.
The bugs in my stomach, fly high and low. Because this is the moment that I don't want to let go.
If you have no intention to stay,
I don't want you to be a part of my life in any way.
She whines, 'forget me, you'll just regret me, leave me here alone'
I said 'I can't leave on such a sad tone, Tonight neither of us will sleep alone'
I wish the little things that i've learned to appreciate, would hold my hand too. I'm left again, i'm torn and i've been worn. Yet my hearts on my sleeve, it's sitting on the scar of your name, that I etched into my skin.
