Wolfen Dreams
Nightfall is the time you reemerge to reclaim your self
When moonlight unlocks what the sun jealously hides in shadow
Dark secrets at last unveiled with all their beautiful ugliness
Painful contradictions unresolved in splendid, naked authenticity
Your steps are sure and true, your vision deep and limitless
Piercing fog and darkness alike with laser clarity and a searing truth
That most terrifying thing now brings you both joy and serenity
Guiltless power and doubtless love are yours and yours alone
Your howls are not lonely, but celebrate a blissful solitude in the wild
Guiding the pure and noble spirit towards wisdom and completeness

Thanks. In Native American spirituality wolves are the highest spirit guides that teach us to embrace who we are inside. Authenticity is a central theme in much that I have written about. I have a framed picture of a wolf in the snow in my office. There is snow on it's fur ... breathtaking! Also, have you seen the documentary living with wolves? It is on Youtube (I bought the DVD). I bet you'd like it.
