Upended Cue

 
Behold! Behold!
The sun sets again
Eternal blazing fire
Has gone under
 
The time draws nigh
As days drift by-
Suffer not to die in sin you sinner!
 
Days are hotter, Deep seas are darker

As a sinner walks
Earth shakes beneath his feet-
Her pity is true, upended cue

She knows the Angel of death comes
disgusted with a whip
Moulded from the depths of hell beneath
 
Away! Away!
You crawlers of the night
There is much more to fear
Than a demons might
 
The Lord's Wrath is as a stream
Held back only by His Mercy's whim
Be wise for once and flee from danger
 
The Sun warns you, The Earth cries for you
And still yet there you are- you sinner!
