God's Umbrella

We are all standing
Under God's umbrella -

We may not think so
But everything
That happens in our life
Is for our ultimate good.

Seventy five percent
Of our life is pre-ordained
From our previous incarnations
On our travels through
These lower realms.

However -

Twenty five percent
Is free will
For us to change
Our direction.  
Change the pathway
We have been traveling on.

Perhaps -

Even turn our faces
And our thoughts
To the Friend.

The Dear Friend
Has been patiently waiting
For us to do just that -
And will welcome us
Into His divine court
With open arms
Of love, light
And eternal life.
