but as a human being...  
if I took delivery of you in your present condition  
I would have to return you as damaged goods  
for a refund in full 
on account of your mind  
  
Whatever they did to you has left its marks  
and when I inspect your insides  
I notice emotionally there's a mass of ugly scars  
it's a jingly jangly jungle of exposed nerve endings in there  
waiting to poison your path and everything you touch  
with those tainted yet talented fingers  
you were blessed with at birth
  
I don't know how long you've been stalked  
by these dirty tigers of yours  
you say keep prowling around your head  
or why they're always voraciously hungry  
for more and more blood  
It's not even important  
knowing when your appetite for destruction began  
but there's no future in ripping your clothes off  
and spreading your legs  
every time life throws you a curve  
  
If you can't change  
learn to jettison all that baggage  
and stop yourself from becoming  
the sum of your own bad habits  
then I'm afraid evolution will kick in and do its job  
and I'd rather not be an eyewitness  
  
Self control is its own medication  
  
My advice is  
quit the recreational drugs  
start eating properly  
get to like juice  
catch more sleep  
along with plenty of regular, normal exercise  
and recognize that positives  
start in your head  
not outside of it  
  
Then we can talk  
about a cure  
which I guess  
must make me  
even crazier than you are
