Motion

Changing the present      
as I dream of a future      
    Forgoing patterns      
which dictate this moment      
          Seizing short-cuts      
which make History  
     seem easy      
Altering occasions      
which resemble misfortune      
     
          Come gentle sweet rumble      
             cause me to stumble      
           Let me live humble      
           & speak more than mumble      
     
Rock side-to-side      
as you seemingly glide      
 Towards this torn soldier      
with no place to hide      
Land on my surface      
as it moves beneath you      
For, I am so anxious      
    to finally reach you      
     
                     
                      I've studied with strangers      
                    Walked off with Angel's      
                       always dancing with danger      
                      I feared with the faithfuls      
     
     
     
I'm so sad, I smile      
just to hold back the tear's      
Tho; I'll be back in a while!      
      Maybe a couple of year's      
So, hold your breath      
 Savor this pain      
before my death      
  I'll be back again      
                        
               A long way made short      
                      The hard way made easy      
                         Why must you consort      
                   with other's to tease me?
