when my eyes saw you for the first time.
I knew instantly that I loved you
Our souls floated together, under the moonlight,
exploring a fantasy land of infinite, sparkling stars.
I looked upon you in silent reverence,
no need for speech as our hearts talked
I conveyed exactly how I felt about you, about us
You, my beautiful muse, your magnificent splendour
reflecting the perfection of Her lunar majesty
We kissed for the first time, together, alone,
with only the moon and stars to bear witness.
We travelled through the realms of possibilities,
sharing a dream, sharing a moment of connectivity,
that would change the course of our lives forever.
A singular reality, forged with the essence of romance,
of devoted desire and worship and true, unadulterated
