You Don't Care
Music calms my soul
But you don't care
You won't let me listen
I become trapped inside of my thoughts and I begin to terrify
myself
But you don't care
I begin to shake and get paranoid
But you don't care
You take away my music, you take away my life
I lose myself in the sound and all my problems melt away
But you don't care
It's the only thing that keeps me sane
But you don't care
It is the best medicine
I say it's magical, you say it's just noise
I cry and beg for music
But you don't care
You never listen when I talk
I have had enough
I lock myself in my room
Isolation
But you don't care
I bring out the blade that will cut the soft scarred skin
But you don't care
I rage and slit my wrists
I stare at the beautifal red blood spilling from my pale arm onto the floor
There is no more music
Only silence
She has bled herself dry
But you don't care
But you don't care
You won't let me listen
I become trapped inside of my thoughts and I begin to terrify
myself
But you don't care
I begin to shake and get paranoid
But you don't care
You take away my music, you take away my life
I lose myself in the sound and all my problems melt away
But you don't care
It's the only thing that keeps me sane
But you don't care
It is the best medicine
I say it's magical, you say it's just noise
I cry and beg for music
But you don't care
