This Poem is to You
As I read the lines of the most mean poem
I have ever heard and she says
This poem reminds makes me think of you.
I want to die.
We used to be friends and now you hate me.
How does that work out?
I want to go back to when we
laughed together
cried together
and even wanted to die together.
I want to go back to those great times
When the drama was gone.
The most horrible thing we wished on each other
Was for one of us to fall down the stairs
So we could laugh at them.
Now you wish death on me?
I'm so close to throwing it away.
Throwing everything away.
Our friendship, our history and my life.
But I'll try to hold on a little longer.
All these things are the exact reason
This poem is to you.
I have ever heard and she says
This poem reminds makes me think of you.
