Sleep Fair Maiden

Sleep fair maiden,
lay your head down
rest your weary eyes.
Slip into sweet dreams
of brave knights
saving fair damzels in distress.
Into a world were
no wrong can be done.
That is where I shall
claim you for my own.
It is in your dreams
when you are most vulnerable.
So it is in your dreams
that I will claim you.
Sneak into your dreams,
fit myself in as the knight.
Then when your guard is down
and you feel safe in my arms,
that is when I shall attack.
Transforming your sweet dream
into a terrible nightmare.
Dropping my facade as
your knight in shinning armour.
Turning into the beast I am.
Sleep fair maiden,
slip into sweet dreams.
To the place where I can claim you.
