I like that term "anti love". This poem reminds me of a verse from Away, Melancholy by Stevie Smith:
"Beaten, corrupted, dying
In his own blood lying
Yet heaves up an eye above
Cries, Love, love.
It is his virtue needs explaining,
Not his failing."

Ok, ChewyChocolate (hey, great handle, by the way!) let me tell you what fascinates me about your work thus far. . .the simplicity of uncomplicated verses! If a poet can express an observation in as little words as possible, they got my vote! Great job!
