The Paper Dragon

The Paper Dragon
Sits by my windowsill
Glancing forever skywards
Cursing the curse
That turned her to paper
As her story, lies writ
Upon her paper wings
Charcoaled memories
Etched, and ingrained
Then stained, in distain
She flies into a raging fire
To die
A dragons death
