I’ve been isolating, trying to figure out me, Is it wrong to enjoy the company of myself, you see? I’ve faltered in living up to others’ definition of success, But in my clarity, I’ve won in my own progress.
Isolating my mind from the outside noise, It’s eerie, the silence, when you give up the TV’s voice. No more programming, no more lies, I’m not here to wake you from your sleep, just to realize.
Researching universal thought and healing frequencies, They say conquer your mind, but fail to mention the pleas. The difficulty of vanquishing negative perception, In a world full of distraction, it’s a constant tainted reflection.
But know this, when you’ve stood with madness in sight, You stop caring if things ever make sense or are right. You just enjoy the scenery.
