is good advise dearest Proemthus I heard the body absorbs ten percent of the days water needs while showering is that true?

Interesting. I havent heard that, but I suppose it is possible. It makes sense that we absorb a certain amount of water while submerged or showering. I do know we can give ourselves water poisoning by absorbing/consuming too much too quickly, so beware of water chugging contests.

Water is amazing and vital for health. People who live near the sea are much healthier. Great piece.
