That dance
That dance
I sat quietly beer in hand as this vision began to dance, she moved with a elegant grace she had me mesmerised in some hypnotic trance
Though the dance floor was busy others seemed to give her room, in a moment our eyes met and I felt my already racing heart go boom
I never go on to the floor I have no rhythm I just like to see, I realised she was beckoning to someone and my God she was beckoning to me
I don't know what came over me I stood up and put my beer down on the table, I walked slowly towards trying to look as cool as I was able
The crowds parted like the red sea soon we were face to face, she smelled so incredible and was wearing a dress of sheer black lace
She smiled at me sweetly she pulled me in close we began to sway, I cannot say what happened to me next I don't know even to this day
She led my around the dance floor I managed to move in perfect time, I don't know who controlled my legs I swear they wasn't mine
It may of been only a few moments the short time we shared that dance, I've returned to the club so many times desperately hoping to see her and get another chance
