keeping in steady rhythm with the day
the energies wash over me and I awake
pulses of light interact with my soul
stirring it with information
guided by the earth's elements themselves

a positive reaction will return in kind
the earth responds to the vibrations I send out
if I'm having a bad day she knows
my negative energies will be corrected
by continuing to get a response from people and nature
soon realizing my error

my anxiety builds I feel for my touchstone
beautiful enegy is returned to me and I calm
the world is interactive she reacts
if you are careless with her watch out
wave after wave will be sent your way
she cares for your soul and nourishes your being

if you are sick she will heal you
return to the natural
all of our manmade chemicals are harmful
there are medicinal properties offered in nature
some medicines are derived naturally
these are benificial to the body

center yourself when you get angry
focus on the positive surrounding you
if you are meeting with obstinate people
you might have to rethink things
there may be something you are to learn from them
alter your course accordingly

most importantly get in tune with your soul
exand your aura
and find yourself
