I was there until I befriended the quiet.
I was afraid of the dark and being lonely my entire life. I’m 55. Not anymore. About a month ago I stopped keeping lights on when I went to bed, I also turned off the music and I sat (lay) with it until it din’t hurt anymore.
I’m sleeping better than I ever have.
