Paranoid Schizophrenia
They're watching me through the walls
I can hear whispers in the halls
Haunting voices telling me what to do
A twisted conspiracy plotted by you
I don't trust anyone around us
Hiding in clouds of smoke and dust
They're always following me
Nightmares altering my reality
In the shadows waiting, stalking
Footsteps echo my silent walking
I see them poisoning my food
This fear, this terror I can't elude
They're trying to steal my thoughts
Answering questions I haven't sought
Everyone's in on it, it's all a game
Laughing when they scream my name
Talking out loud just to be sane
Before they steal what's inside my brain
To stay safe I stay hidden

The anxiety you've written about may be a poem, but I think you've captured a really that exists for many. The fear and the fact that he can't trust anyone is like a powder keg. He just wants sanity, but maybe even that will bring trouble in his mind. I like the way you wrote this a lot.
The only suggestion would be to break it up into sections or stanzas to make it easier to read, as it gets easy to lose your place when you're going from line to line.

Thank you.. yeah I think there's a crisis with mental health as well as other diseases..and unfortunately we are 2 quick to ignore or at the very least research better treatments..it's easier for people to ignore victims rather than address or work towards treatment(sadly) ..in addition, I feel this is a microcasm for everyone..most people have some sort of anxiety or fear and we build up our own nightmares in our mind.. then we create a facade to protect ourselves or cope..
