Intrusive thoughts, a runaway train
Decietful truths leave me feeling lost and confused
A deep feeling of unease
Which is the lie? Which is truth?
Which thoughts do I believe?
Does it make a difference?
Either one I chose, I'll be convinced it's wrong
Forced contemplating which thought is the right one
Never ending the train rolls on

Don't let others tell you what you believe, if that's the case.
Everyone has differing beliefs and values.
It makes things difficult when what one person may see as an absolute truth, another may not.
Try to be objective in your reasoning.
Don't worry too much about being wrong unless you're clearly wrong and refuse to acknowledge it.
The most important part is thinking for yourself, which you're clearly doing.
Clarity isn't necessarily a certainty but as long as you feel youre adhering to what matters to you, you should feel a little more content.
