Heresies of A Dying Nebulae

Essence of being corrupted

Vigor of dissent erupted

Gases swirl as tendrils of dread

Child of galaxies long dead

Strangling nooses of grave spawn

Void cloud strangling celestial dawn

Lighting cracking from umbral clouds

Illuminate the tenebrous shroud

Eating itself within the void

State of matter gone paranoid

Orthodox being bearing its cost

Color against shadow now lost

The path of cancer it yields

Attacked by its own shield

Corruption of the star forge

On itself it continues to gorge

Dancing to frequencies insane

Trying to reform in vain

Into its own gaseous maw

Like a skull's bleached jaw

This state of living death

Shining even as it takes its final breath
