This dog has nine lives

Andy Felthersnatch's dog burst into flames when it peed on a live wire. Felthersnatch later told the press, "There was an almighty explosion and the whole street lit up. I turned around and my dog was on fire." Power was off for five hours that day in a small town 30 miles north of Ottawa, Canada. Against all odds, the dog survived.
