witch by moonlight

she came
out tonight,
her breast
of youth
and glowing
charms
exposed
to the
ghost-white
threshold
of a
full moon
 
with soft
but sure
voice and
subtle hands,
her
incantations
whirled in
the  
wide-eyed
mist,
dancing
like
an open
fire of
quivering
flames.
