Portobello Moonlight

Stained memories of chloroform and daffodils
with the sound of the dark's baritone whispering
silently whisking her dreams away tasting her
pulsing breath as shadows of strings and fingertips
play her spine's Stradivarius neath the portobello
moonlight of blasphemy's wet cheek-obsessed
bleeding veins of Shellack's blood-red mascara
dripping chloroform's anesthesia in the blue lights
house of histeria
