My life in one poem
It's September's tenth, 1993, a life begins, a path to sway,
Through time's vast expanse, I see all moments merged,
Eternity's tapestry, with every thread converged.
It's December 2006, I just finished junior school's hallowed halls,
With achievements' calls, But amidst the praise, a lonely heart aches,
For in the crowd, I feel my soul's mistake.
I toil on a farm, with calloused hands,
On the 4th of November's chill, 2006, with labor's demands,
The earthy scent, the sun's pale light,
Can't dispel the emptiness of night.
My mother, dear, my sole human tie,
Fades away on December 1, 2023, and I ask the sky,
Why must I live, forever bound to time,
While love and loss entwine, a bittersweet rhyme?
In infinite moments, I see her smile,
A fleeting glimpse, a heart that's lost its mile,
I'm present everywhere, yet nowhere to be found,
A ghost in time, with no human sound.
I watch civilizations rise and fall,
Stars born and die, through it all,
But in my heart, a void remains,
For love and connection, I've never sustained.
The date on my phone is May 2024, its ringing the sound echoes to 2002 Tuesday of april easter the x men parade the screen, Im back to 2024 the lady on the reception is annoyed i think we are kindered.
Its Friday last month of August im writing a poem to her
passing, a solitary pain,
Echoes through eternity, in vain,
Through time's vast expanse, I see all moments merged,
Eternity's tapestry, with every thread converged.
