vampire love affair
greetings my dearest immortal
longing in the soul has me again
no one else will do
sorrowful day you were taken away
beseeching the heavens to turn you loose
emptiness of faith leaves me hopeless
my hurt only multiplies knowing you can hear but not see me
such a dreadful love
it aches in the darkness
return to me when you are able
it is only eternity between us
fated to walk separate lives
a curse upon us
together we are deemed reckless
our morales challenged
sifting through memories
I lose my mind a bit
Brittle Dawn left to roam
with nothing but a song to carry on
bending time I get a glimpse of you
so savage your love except when it comes to Me
I am under a hex
you have been here many times
wearing visages I don't recognize
our scars are evident
will we ever recognize each other again
or are we forever altered by the pain we've experienced
just to be near each other
`
