working hard for me and my family
getting what I need
bringing in love
but never felt the need to fake it
lost many friends
might have had a few drinks
might have had a few laughs
then I open my mouth
usually something minimal
like 'I disagree'
and maybe I should watch my tongue
but if they could leave
so easily
then fuck 'em!
lost in my thoughts
immersed in my hobbies
forgetting about the world
but once and a great while
I get old friends crossing my mind
ride or fucking die
aka, bad habits
I refuse to entertain that shit
so I say
if they can walk away
without a care for how I felt
then fuck 'em!
I don't need that kinda drama
had it up to the sky
with great pretenders
liars who get mad for being called out
I ain't perfect
but I live with my demons
yeah, I can say I'm no fake prick
don't like my views on politics?

don't like my attitude?

sexual aspirations
and lack of modesty?
