Someday
I awaken to this room.
A room with no view.
A view never present,
due to blank walls that are like a canvas.
The confines consist of tables, chairs,
and a camera.
Therefore, someone was watching from somewhere.
Building my intense feelings was
nothing more than the sound of breathing.
Breathing not my own, emanating
from the speakerphone.
The phone cut and pointless,
left me with little chance to escape this
crazy fortress.
My mind wonders where might I be?
Spiraling away into insanity it would seem to be.
Lurking amongst a shadow I spot something familiar.
Appears to be a fencelike piece with a shaft to see.
Knowing my only chance,
I slip inside with hopes to advance.
Crawling down this narrow path seems like forever.
Now wondering, will it ever get better?
Somewhere it will take me.
Reaching the end I feel a draft,
a small beacon of light reveals a glance.
Exit onto a sandy cove.
Overlooking darken waters and not a soul.
Proceeding forth my exhausted eyes see,
an image moving towards me.
The picture becomes quite a bit clearer when she appears saying;
"your my prisoner".
Out of the distance,
more came to me in numbers that I couldn't read.
Confused and glassy eyed I stirred about to hear words before,
I fade out.
"Ready him for breeding" "Ladies it's time for feeding"
What? ….
Somewhere is now going dark....
