I have a sore in my nose
My back’s jacked
This fatigue is kicking my ass

My stomach hates me
I’m peeing seven times during the middle the night
I don’t think I’m ever going to get this right

I’m bleeding during sex
My eyes hurt
This dryness is getting worse

My headaches are nonstop
Every single muscle is screaming
Right now I’m not looking so appealing

I have widespread joint pain
I can’t hardly swallow my food
My body is attacking itself, what’s a girl to do?

I need steroids
Now
My rheumatologist is on vacation until Monday
It’s the weekend
I’ve got a lidocaine patch on, hell I’ve got a few
And a back brace being delivered in the morning
